Hideaway Homestead Angora Goat Photos

Yes, we have 10 angora goats for sale at this time, Sept. 1, 2010. No bucks.
Adult Does, $125.00 each. 3 wethers: $75.00
each.
We are located in Mohave County, east and a little south of Kingman. In
order to find the farm, you need to call (928) 716-1715 email
rogerslooms@msn.com
These prices are for sale to Arizonans. The logistics for us to take the
goats to the vet for a certificate to legally go out of state is quite a hassle
due to our remote location, and the current hot weather. Three of the
goats for sale are pictured here, other photos can be taken and emailed to you.
There are two 2010 doelings for sale if sold with their mothers. (Two sets of
mother daughter pairs). All of these goats are excellent providers of
mohair fleece for doll hair or other uses. Each adult goat can provide 3-4
pounds of mohair several times a year. Doll hair sells for 40 plus dollars
an ounce.
Doe and wether twins for sale, Photos available on request. These are 2 of the 10 goats we have for sale. These young goats would make good 'fiber pets' for someone. They are barely a year old and are bonded to each other like the twins they are. These are Annie's kids from last year and have excellent white mohair. They were born in July 2009. I could make someone a package deal, $150.00 for the pair.
This is Annie and doe kid 2008 spring after shearing.

We prefer to sell goats to people who can come here to look at them and transport the animals they decide to purchase. This provides better customer satisfaction and better care for the goats. We do not ship goats. Local buyers (Arizona) will not need to have the health certificate as they aren't transporting the animals across state lines.
E-mail rogerslooms@msn.com for more info and photos of those for sale. Include phone nr. if you want us to call you.
In memorium
Angora Goats pictured below are just some of our goats gone to the big pasture in the sky. Many due to predators wild and domestic. They were a big part of my daily life and will always be remembered. Most have offspring still living and carrying on the species through the goats for sale above.
