Road Information:  A Modular Home is to be moved up Bull Springs Dr. on Friday, March 14.  It is going to parcel 142 on Squaw Springs Dr.  Be aware that you may have delays if you are using that road that day.  Info is that they will start up at 11am.

Well Drilling Information

Sept. 17, 2007

The Brown Drilling Company has been sold.  The new owners have set a price for water wells drilled on Windmill Ranch.  A price break for two or three wells drilled back to back is as follows:  One well is $22.00 a foot.  Two wells $21.00 a foot.  Three wells, $20.00 per foot.  Price includes all well casings and no additional set-up fee is charged.

The well site needs to be large enough to set up the large rig and several trucks that come with it.  If several parcel owners need to have this preparation work done, maybe we could have this done at the same time and save.

As of 1-27-08 there may be 2 parties who want a well drilled soon.

Bryan and Mike working on the Ruhl house March 15. Bryan is putting down the roof sheathing and Mike the side sheathing at this point.  Mr. Ruhl is holding the ladder.  They had worked only 10 days at this point on the framing and sheathing. The TJI joists can span 30'. This house is 2500 square feet in size.  Anyone need a house built?

Concrete pour late February at Joe Crippen's.  This pad took 4 truckloads.  The site is parcel 145, eight miles east of Hwy 93.  CK Concrete from Kingman is doing this slab.  It is for a 45' x 30' metal building to be erected next week.   The same day another pour took place on the ranch at another remote site.  This pad is for a home to be framed by local contractors who live here on the ranch.  More photos to come from both jobsites. (see above photo)

1-27-08  Dumpster

A dumpster has been positioned near the gate for Windmill Ranch parcel owners.  There is a list of stuff you are not supposed to put in there, but simply put, it is only for household garbage and should not be overfilled.  If anyone has a computer file of the regulations and/or a photo, I will post it here.  Roger
